I think it's pretty obvious what context his "hardwork" comments are in.

Then why leap from Halo and Call of Duty to Wii Play, when the context didn't relate to that game?

Because he's obviously trying to say more sales = more hard work put into it.

Hence why he brings sales into it in the first place.

A certain group of people seem to be reaaaaally upset this week for some reason. Wonder why. It's been like it for the past 3 Months or so really :/
