The drugs will never stop flowing, since many of them come from naturally occuring sources. The best thing to do is follow Portugal's example.

because you said it will happen.  and we have proof.  that guy who beat his kid to death for acting like a girl.  the child will die if we just keep hitting.  Dont lose hope now.
