It doesn't contradict his statement if Sony has more shooters.  Sony has more of EVERYTHING.  They just make more and more varied games.

yep, that's exactly why they said this...Sony has EVERY genre available covered with exclusive, while the 360 has a couple RPGs and that's it.

Sony has no WRPG exclusives.

Well, Demon's Souls is quite western. Technically a Jrpg, but there ya go.  And people seem to say VC isn't a JRPG, so that too.  Two of the best rpgs this gen.  Better than just about all of 360's rpgs. So let's not get crazy.  And I know Mass Effect and Fable, I know.

Does an RTS currently in development count? Was announced early last year IIRC
