Do people not pay attention? Or do they just not know how to deduce it lol lets see the deleter killed the guy in the snow area, killed the guy in the lava then after Samus left MB alone he attacked her... which she smiled... and then later you find a dead body there... that was the deleter lol

That is the most logical explanation. Though, what if the deleter was Anthony? or even Adam? What if Adams is still alive with those metroids.

Why else would he be running around in the shadows and then go attack MB? As for Anthony you see the Deleter and he never has a big pack on his back for the plasma gun and you never see Anthony without it.
