They still have Monster Hunter 3 Portable coming up...
I doubt that the PSP will die until the 3DS comes along at very least.

oH i dont think that MH can match Pokémon ...

Match? No. But can it provide PSP owners with a killer app that convinces them to play their system for another year or so? Considering how Monster Hunter 2 has sold 4 million copies in Japan, in comparsion to the 6 million copies of Diamond and Pearl, then yes. I think MH3 will keep the PSP alive for a while longer.

For a year ? I dont think so ... i mean once that 3DS hit the market in by nov'10 (you heard here first) no one in japan will at least think about a PSP ...and reason for that is that i have a strong believe that we will hear about a MH game coming for 3DS at TGS.

In my mind, a single great title can sell a system. Hence, why Nintendo has always dominated the handheld market despite being a few years behind the times. But if the 3DS DOES come along with a Monster Hunter game, then yes, I guess that would kill the PSP. I personally doubt that it will be announced by the end of the month though.
