I wonder if it will get to the point where we can start using seperate consoles in comparisons. Actually, we're already doing it now that 360 Slim is doing well. Which is good IMO, since I never saw the point in combining two seperate consoles just to proove a point, whether it be "ZOMG Wii to outsell the HDTwins Combined!" or "ZOMG HD Consoles >>> Wii!". I don't think combining any console with another does either one justice.

After all, we're all going to be the "motion sensing consoles" pretty soon. I can already feel the love.

I wouldn't be surprised next year to see the race be closer than ever.

The Wii has dropped from the level it once was, and 360/PS3 just seem to be getting better and better. I would expect the following next year to be a regular thing.

NA - 360 > Wii > PS3
EMEAA - Wii = 360 = PS3
Japan - PS3 > Wii > 360

Obviously the HD consoles will never match the Wii on WW numbers. But matching and surpassing it weekly is looking like it could be a regular thing.
