seriously...i would recommend not taking those ever again. for your own safety. they are detrimental to your health. ive seen them completely destroy people. they end up so bad when they had relatively minor problems to begin with. it seriously fucks up your brain. and not in a good way.
and dont trust them when they say they are for sleeping. its a trick. they can cause sleep as a side effect but they want you to take them to "treat" other problems.
