I think u are supposed to pick 20 red flowers and bring them to that old chick right? I dont remember the name of the flower though.

Wow I love alchemy and picking ingredients around in Cyrodiil.

no that's actually a whole questline to cure it.

Doesn't matter though. I loaded an earlier save to cure Porphyric Hemophilia. I'm mostly playing for the achievements and not for overall progress on the 360 version, so I'm not going to play the last 2 parts of the main quest again which I lost due to loading the earlier save state.
