Kinect, but only because Microsoft is willing to spend millions on advertising and to buy several celebrity endorsements and a ten minute slot on the Jimmy Kimmel show.
Without that enormous advantage, I would say they'd be pretty much equal- perhaps Move would sell slightly better, because the PS3 is selling faster, and the price of entry is lower.
