Kinect launch titles - MS going overboard?

True but you didn't see this happening when the Wii got launched... there were plenty of third party games, but none of them looked exactly like another one.

Anyway, whether it's MS's fault or not, the fact stands that this lineup is unexpectedly bland.

if i had to pick a reason...i would say that its because none of the others will be complete in time.  figuring out how to best use kinect or getting working in the best way is a little different than incorporating a remote or wand into an existing game.   we have heard stuff previously from some other developers who clearly arent in that list.  these projects are also a little riskier so wont be getting as much attention as some of the companies other titles.
