I voted Reach because the only sensible comparison to make is between Black Ops 360 and Reach. Since Black Ops is a Treyarch game, and not Modern Warfare, it won't sell anywhere near what MW2 sold.
Of course, with both platforms combined, Black Ops will sell better.
