Is there a way to block the god-forsaken Off Topic forums from my sight?

lol, they show up in my "hot topics" topics. I can't distinguish them, GRRR. Is there a way to remove it from hot topics at least?

Hint: If the thread title doesn't involve gaming or VGC, the thread is in Off Topic.

Besides, yes, our site's members are pretty left-leaning, but they're not Communist revolutionaries or anything. I suppose the heavy Atheism would annoy a religious person, but not enough to keep you out of Off Topic completely: Not every thread in there bashes religion.
