It's actually not my favorite gaming site.

-The layout is clunky and full of Ads. It is a bit annoying that if you click anywhere on the background it takes you to an advertisement for those shirts which aren't that good in my opinion

Blame people who use Adblock. Fewer people view ads, those who do view ads see more ads. More people get sick of ads and use Adblock. It's a self-perpetuating cycle. And yes, this is somewhat annoying.

-A lot of the news article are ripped straight from sites like N4G and aren't really news when they're uploaded.

Er...so? How do you expect us to get news? You want me to fly across the Atlantic and interview some low-ranking employee of a major publisher so that they can skillfully avoid every question I ask? That's not news, it's filler. Most real news comes from official announcements, and where better to get these than a site which brings them all together?

-Too many redundant threads are made. At some points you have the sales on the right of the page, a thread for U.S., Others, Japan and Worldwide discussing the sales. And then a news article with a round up.

Sales on the right of the page- brief overview of sales.

Sales roundup article- Source and ioi commenting on the sales

Sales threads- places to properly discuss the sales.

All are necessary.

-If you're looking at a page not logged in and log in it doesn't take you back to the page.

Copy and paste the URL. Or better yet, log in when you first browse to the site.

Having said that, I do like this site. I enjoy looking at the estimated sales and the estimated preorders. I think it is interesting and fun to follow.

Only the first one is a real fault.
