It's why most people don't like "All in one" devices.  They assume they're paying for stuff they'll never use.

Not necessarilly. That's the same as saying having access to the Nintendo Channel and the Shop Channel on Wii increased the price of the Wii. Plus Netflix on Wii is a free software addition, and only costs money when it is used.
