are you saying Metroid is low prioriry for Nintendo? I feel sad for the franchise...

Well, Mario Party, which two latest iterations combined have outsold the whole Metroid franchise, is developed by Hudson. But i don't think Metroid is a high priority for Nintendo right now, since Prime 3 couldn't beat even Prime 1 in sales, while the Wii installbase is way higher than GC installbase ever was.
