It's a humorous show about black identity in modern America. It deals with subject matter that makes white people uncomfortable but maintains a sense of brevity and wit intense enough to remain hilarious.

Watch the clip Mr. Bubbles posted. They censor out the worst swear words on Cartoon Network, which actually adds to the comedic effect, but if I had to put it in video game terms this stuff is still M-rated.

if they are young and you dont want to hear how they were yelling "nigga you gay" in the middle of class, then i wouldnt recommend them watching the show.
