@Barozi I've played all of 3 several times and the lack of Ariados, Sandshrew, Primeape, Arcanine, and Ursaring make Silver inferior.

Only real loss is Arcanine, but the lack of Skarmory and especially Ninetales is not acceptable.

But since you get Lugia earlier, Silver is the definite version. (just saying definite, because everybody's doing it lol)
