i think saying 85% came more than once sounds really bad. it sounds like there is another large drop to the people whove only showed up 3 times. and a gigantic drop to the number of people who actually use the service. saying the amount of people who actively use the service would be much better, even if it was much lower... rather than trying to hide reality behind some larger silly number.
being on twice myself...i have no interest to return again. i dont think they could do anything to attract me to have another look either.
