Personally, I will wait for Wii2. The only thing that move can do that WiiM+ can't is depth detection, which WM+ probably could simulate (if it doesn't already). I have my Wii for Nintendo games. I could care less if they are HD or not, I care about how they play, and Nintendo has that down solid.
I have a 360, so if Natal is like $50, I'll probably pick it up.

man, where did this false information stem from? The Wii Remote (without WM+) can absolutely sense depth. There are 2 beacons on the sensor bar. If the beacons are far apart, you are close to the TV, if the beacons are close together you are closer to the TV (or way to the side, but it is a relatively safe assumption that you are mostly infront of the TV). There were games near launch that used depth in their gameplay.

OK. You're right about that. If you ever played with the drawing tool on the photo channel you can make your marker bigger or smaller by how close you are to the sensor bar. However, the Move can sense depth without having to point the remote directly at the screen, due to that stupid ball on the top.

On an unrelated note, have you ever encountered people who think the sensor bar is actually what does the motion detection? Fools.

Yea, the WM+ has to point at the screen (it can survive for a while not pointing at the screen) and that is a minor downside compared to the PSMove. Overall I think both systems will provide essentially the same game play quality. I think most of these "lag" reports have more to do with software than hardware.

And yes, I have seen people think the sensor bar actually senses, but who can blame them when it has such a deceiving name.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
