Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 sales on PC Disappointing sold only 170K

If this is true, how come VGChartz reported much higher numbers? They reported 12% of total first day sales and at least 6% of first week sales/revenue being for pc. Witch brings the number to about 600k/700k first week.
