I think that it will "not" stay tight for the first 6 months or so of the year 2010. The first part of the year will be all PS3 due to the rather large stable of exclusive games that will be released in that time period. The latter part of the year will see 360 making bundled promotion inroads to help stay competitive. This may result in a price cut/promotion (arcade $ 150)during the natal period; this may or may not help them to keep pace (360). Ultimately around Christmas the "second" price cut (arcade $100) will bring the 360 very close to what the PS3 will be selling at. This is my hypothesis of next years console race.
