To clarify further, a game on a console is exclusive, even if a different game of the same name is on another console.

For example, LBP is still PS3 exclusive (and PSP exclusive), and Gran Turismo is PS1 and PSP exclusive.

EDIT: Also, NSMB and NSMBWii. Both exclusive.
