In Q2 2010, EA made GAAP Total Revenue $142m on Wii and PS3 each. PS3 had 4 new launches, while Wii had 6 new launches.
In the last year, EA made 23 new PS3 titles, and 25 new Wii titles. Over the course of that year, they made $877m on PS3 and $777m on Wii.
Now if you look at the Wii list for the last year - http://vgchartz.com/games/index.php?&results=50&name=&console=Wii&keyword=&publisher=105&genre=&order=Release&boxart=Both&showdeleted=®ion=All&alphasort= - pretty much all of it is trash with a few exceptions and I'm sure most of it cost very little to make.

Now which one made more profit, is really up in the air, but EA may have made some statements recently, I can't remember.
