N64: Bout 60%
GC: Bout 70%
Wii: Bout 90%
Too lazy to go through my NES/SNES collection, but if I were to guess I'd prolly say 25%-30% for the NES and about 40% for the SNES... so as you can see, there's clearly a trend of me increasingly purchasing mostly Nintendo developed/published games each generation, mainly due to the decrease of quality third party selections in each respective generation.
