I think the key thing to note though is just how bad the sales are overall. Whether Wii get's up by 1-2% or the PS3 by the same amount it really doesn't matter, 1-2% of 1.1 million means almost nothing in the big picture.

Just makes you wonder what's going to happen to consoles in Japan in the next gen.
