Out of this list only 2, 3, & 4 make sense.
2 makes sense because faxes can easily be replaced by scan/e-mail, however in America a lot of businesses still use faxes daily. I don't know if they are used as much in Europe.
3 is highly probable. In America we already forced (or at least did, then delayed) all analogue transmissions off the air. For bandwidth reasons, it makes sense for cable companies to switch to digital.
4 could happen too, in Europe, due to poor phone infrastructure and a much stronger mobile phone market. However, the older generation will hold on to technology they are familiar with, which as always extends the life of a technology much longer than makes sense.
