And you do know that Gears 1 sold 375k in the same time frame ?
One year later even 450k and it had the same average weekly sales before Nov 1st as Gears 2 today.
Gears 1 sales have drastically slowed down since January 2009. It will have a nice holiday boost, but far less than in the years before. Gears 2 on the other hand will have a massive boost.
