No it doesn't. It has part of its launch software set... With Gran Turismo 5 also rumored to be usable with it. 
I think so far there is one game confirmed... Resident Evil 5. Which is by no means a bad choice. Im surprised the WIi didn't get a RE5: Wii Edition actually.
