That's all time, not 2009. I don't think Ubisoft's released a single good game yet this year, but looking at their back catalog, Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Rayman, Prince of Persia, Warlords, too many to name...they used to be legends. I think Sony should be above Take-Two, but that's a pretty fair list.
