I have this prediction already since august, so yeah I'll probably end up wrong about that one. I didn't think Sony would drop the price for a second time.
But there are about 7 weeks of sales left in 2007. Last week the PS3 sold 136.00, this week probably around 170.000.
Let's be generous and say PS3 will sell 200.000 ww for the rest of the year. Currently it is at 5.7 M + (7*200.000)=7.1 M. I don't think that's too far off.
