I don't see that at all. I'm currently viewing DJ Hero and X360 advertisements though.
If you are see a cheapo ad (which I don't know how many of those exist any more) e-mail ioi with the information about what ad is loading and what it is trying to get you to install. Also, include your posting region/country.
