Possibly have it so that Nintendo (blue) takes up the left column, Sony (red) takes up the middle column, and Microsoft/PC take up the right column? But then we don't see what consoles that person likes the best. Also, not everyone has all consoles so it would just be blank for those people in some places?

Not necessarily. Bob could have 30 360 games and 25 PS3 games and still prefer his PS3, right?
I prefer MM's system.
