well, I just did a tiny bit of research and it looks like Nintendo did the lamest update ever. To remove the HBC they look for the tag, which the creator of HBC just changed and since HBC auto updates, if you update HBC first then move to 4.2 you are good to go but you have to reinstall stuff. So, this huge update was a waste of time due to how easy it was to bypass.
