I don't even use Wii Fit for exercise now that I use EA Sports Active which is much better due to the routines. Wii Fit Plus may convince me to pick it up and use it as variation from the norm and keep things interesting. |
I hear EA Active is tough at first. That's the number 1 complaint I hear about it. Customers love Wii Fit. And just for the record, my customers at work hate Jillian Michaels (I think that's her name) and think she's a bitch in her Wii game. x.o

EA Sports Active is tough, but that just shows that it really is working. After doing 1 30-day challenge, I went from medium intensity to high intensity and I could actually do it. EA Sports Active actually forces you to put effort into your exercise. Wii Fit doesn't do this and makes it too eazy to do simple exercises without pushing yourself. Both can have the same results, but Wii Fit doesn't force you to improve. Wii Fit + may fix this, but I doubt it.
And I've heard that the Jillian Michaels game is crap.
