So I managed to meet my 1lb/week goal for the last 4 weeks without exercising much at all in the last month other than walks, the rare exercise and now packing and getting ready to move. However, the last two weeks have been a nice break from eating right and exercising, but I really can't afford to let myself get used to it.
I put on my motorcycle pants today and they are actually semi lose, which is really cool since when I bought them I could barely get them on at all, but I didn't want to pay shipping to exchange them since I bought them online.
Also, once I move into my new house I plan on setting up an exercise room in the basement with my exercise bike and a weight set to start with. I'm hoping my parents will give me the weight set since I used to use it a lot, but I think my younger brother wants it too. If that is the case I'll have to see what the various sporting goods stores stock.
