I've read through the entire Wii schedule and I have to say Nintendo needs to do something urgently about so much shovelware flooding the shelves. These Holidays crap drown the potential sales of good games. Any good effort will have to fight against hordes of shovelware.
Sales could be dying because of the lack of good software. Every year it's the same, 10% of the games are worth buying while the 90% that's left it's just cash-ins from lazy devs.
For the informed consumer, there's not much coming out this Holiday season, while the uninformed consumer will buy anything, and good games will have a chance of 1 in 10 of getting picked up by them.
