No. Having Square on the cover won't suddenly make the series popular in Japan. The enormous majority of this game's sales will be in North America- probably over 2 million. It will sell under a million in Europe, most likely, and the 360 isn't overly popular in Japan, so maybe 35-40k there.
It might be able to manage third, and will almost definitely be in the top 5.
