Will u add a game 2 ur VGC collection if....(conditions inside)

Any game I buy is in my collection. I've sold a grand total of 2 games in my life other than my NES collection (for a dog) and my SNES/Genesis collection which got destroyed in my house when the water pipe burst and flooded the place. I still own the majority of the games in my collection.
