While the Wii will surely be ahead of the PS3 and X360 given enough time for the price cuts to fall back to "normal" levels, there is still good reason for Nintendo to do something to boost hardware sales. This time last year we were seeing over 100k every week, but now we are seeing 75k. While 75k is still fairly impressive, they will never meet their hardware shipment projections at the current rate. They really need to boost demand either by a price cut, must have software, new colors, or new features.
