Why would the sales go up 85% if there weren't any slims available. Those +30k extra PS3 sales aren't phat SKUs that's for sure.
The slim model was limited last week, yet it was there in quite some places and that just means that the official launch numbers aren't going to be that impressive in the current week than if they had been launched on a concrete street date.
