Well it's very probable, since Wii demand has died a lot and it's been getting closer and closer to 360 levels. PS3 might be able to outsell it with that pricecut and redesign at least for September. September will be Wii's worst month since launch IMO. No new 1st party games during September and only a compilation of old games in August. No big 3rd party exclusives and Madden will boost HD sales so they will be riding it. Maybe after September Nintendo will open their eyes and make a smart move like cutting the price or making more games. One would think they are doing it on purpose considering how low sales have gone and how little they have done/plan to do to get them back up again.
I think this will be a very close Holiday season for the 3, with the Wii doing much worse than it did last one. Only NSMBWii will be able to get sales up, they are only relying on 1 game. No WM+ games for this Holiday Season and no big 3rd party games. I might be a bit on the pessimist side, but I think this might lead Nintendo to release as many games as they did once upon a time or at least localize them. They are expecting too much out of 1 expansion and 1 new game. I'm no future reader but it's obvious that this Holiday season will be much weaker for them than the one last year.
