He's not describing anything.  He's bashing the game with this "offhand" remark.  But if you can't comprehend that, then there isn't much more to say.

Some people might like throwing a frisbee to a dog. He might like it... how do you know he doesn't?

Or is this just another "Zomg everybody hates Wii!" thing again?
