comparing north korea to iraq shows only off your limited capacity for rational thinking.

north korea has lots of military targets...civilian collateral should be minimal.
the civilians are already submissive. feed them, and it should be fine.
and yes...south korea wants everything to do with their fellow koreans held hostage by the north korean military.
