Yeah but I cannot recall when I needed press all 4 buttons at once my thumb is used for on PS3.

I cannot hold with my middle finger and use my index to press both Z and C at same time, especially when I need hold and release both seperately at random.  I doubt anyone could.

You do have to hit 2 buttons at once with your thumb, but still, It is easier to control your thumb on two buttons than your fingers. Sorry, I can't help you out, as I have never ran into this problem.
