350k first week is possible, I suppose, but 3.2 MILLION WW lifetime? Considering no Ratchet and Clank has ever sold that, and neither has any game in R&C's genre on a Sony console since the original Jak and Daxter in 2001, I highly doubt that it will cross 3 million.

A Crack in Time
Set to launch in September-October 2009 on a userbase of ~25-26 million units.
First Week: 200k-250k
LT: 1.8-2.1 million
That seems more reasonable.
