That's irrelevant, there are some games on PS3 and 360 with really crappy graphics, as well as on PSN and XBL.

 

Of course there is, but how succesful are they? And how many are there?

Nearly every PSN and XBLA look bad. I can think of the games that actually push the system on one hand.
