Assuming the people who want one enough to buy one are the only people who should count, then as we all know, the real order is this:

PS3
Anything else is complete and utter spin.
Just because you believe that the PS3 should be the most popular console, doesn't change the absolute undeniable fact that it is currently the least popular console, handheld and home, by a significant amount, and excusing it with price and launch time is damage control, imo. Sony chose the price and launch time. Both of those are directly Sony's fault. They planned them. Their business plans are not excuses for lack of popularity of their console. They are reasons.
Just like RRoD. Remember RRoD? It is a main reason 360 isn't destroying the PS3. It's not an excuse. It is a reason that is Microsoft's fault. Just like having a late launch window and a terrible price point, terrible marketing, and a barren exclusive lineup for the first two years is Sonys fault.
