Personal responsibility Zexen. I already told you you can set up a scheduled task, which is really easy to do.
* start->all programs->accessories->system tools->scheduled tasks
* add task
* select your internet browser as the application
* set the time you want the browser to pop up
* click "show advanced settings after finish"
* in the RUN text box add "http://vgchartz.com/predictions/" (with quotes) at the end of the text which should be C:/[stuff]/Firefox.exe (or Iexplorer if using IE7)
