I'm going to go with Mario 64 for my favorite final Bowser fight. Picking him up and throwing him was the best.
As for story, I really don't care for story in my Marios, but you can pick one of the Paper Mario games randomly for me.
I do hope they have some larger more open levels in Galaxy 2. While I liked Galaxy, it would be great if they mixed more Mario 64 type levels in.
