@TWRoO & others suggesting only sending to those who own the game
Some people never work on their game collection, and we want people to contribute and help others. We can add an option to disable requests for unowned games, but I wouldn't want it to be the only way the system works. Some people rented the games and never owned it, but could still write a simple FAQ or add passwords to the game page.
